Taking Over
It is really a hard challenge when you are the one who is assigned to take over when the boss is not around. Some of the skills and knowledge that he have might be not in you. Sometimes, the respect that your co-employee gives to your boss is not as much as they will give you when you take over. You have to say lots of pleasing words just to make them obey. I thought all about these when my co-employee who happens to be a good friend of mine too is assigned by our boss to take over while he is not around. He is like on a trial every time that our boss have a travel but he always take the challenge because he knows how our boss trusts him and that is why he is always the one assigned to take over.Комментарии
